Who we are

Our history

When three Swabian brothers meet a Saxon doer, the result is a team that ideally complements each other in terms of theoretical and practical skills. The basis for this is our training as engineers and fitters.
We know each other from a Christian congregation and we are united by both our faith and our enthusiasm for new things.
With Leitertec, we are fulfilling our dream of implementing something of our own, learning new things and gaining experience.

What do we want to achieve

It is often seemingly simple ideas that solve everyday problems. We want to improve the existing telescopic ladder product and exploit its full potential. We therefore offer the greatest possible flexibility, protect sensitive surfaces and increase safety at the same time. We also want to build the best possible relationship with customers and partners through honest and fair dealings.
